Partnership Structure

At the heart of Gloucester Heritage URC's partnership structure is the Main Board made up of 24 Board members consisting of Founder Partners from Homes and Communities Agency, South West RDA, Gloucestershire County Council, Gloucester City Council and leading professionals in the field of finance, property, retail, business, information technology and community.

It is further supplemented by the Audit and Governance, Remuneration and Human Resources and Nominations committees.

Human Resource Management:

The primary role of the Remuneration and Human Resources Committee is to support the Board in its responsibilities for issues of remuneration (including performance related pay, pension arrangements and relocation packages) and employment (including the appointment of staff, disciplinary measures and the termination of contracts).

The Business and Residents & Community forums provide advice to the main board via their respective chair persons who are themselves Board members. 

The Design Reveiw, Learning and Employment and Marketing and Communications panels provide further professional advice to the board.

All committees, forums and panels are represented at the main board by members  who themselves make up Gloucester Heritage URC Board of directors.
