  • to assess the extent to which listed buildings, conservation areas and archaeology is percieved as useful stimuli for regeneration
  • to identify areas of actual or potential weakness or conflicts between heritage led regeneration or other priorities and suggest solutions
  • to assess whether the target of the repair of listed buildings is an appropriate measure of the Gloucester Heritage URC's success in heritage led regeneration
  • to review whether the area Characterisation Studies are proving useful tools to learning and its application to wider dissemination
